    I was unable to get my garage door to open to get my car out of the garage and I was extremely pleased with the fast response of Precision Overhead Garage Door Co. Great customer service! The young lady I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant and the technician arrived in the time frame given during my call. Technician John W. was very professional and helpful.It was a minor problem that he was able to fix quickly and easily and he explained the age of my door opener and gave me an estimate for replacing the springs as well as an estimate for possible replacement of the entire automatic mechanism. As soon as the budget allows I will have Precision install a new automatic garage door opener! Sincerely, Linda Vosbury

    Charlie did a great job. On the first day, He gave a fair estimate and on the very next day was able to remove the 30 year old 16 ft. door and replace with a new door and opener, and installed another new opener on my second garage within 5 hours.1st class service.

    This is a great company. They come any day…no extra charge….on our last cold night, my garage door wouldn’t open….I called at midnight on Saturday, got a live person who scheduled my repair the next day. There was no charge because it was under warranty. In May, a spring was installed but it was too small. I would highly recommend Precision Door.
