You were offering a free service call when a repair was done. This was of course caught my eye. I’m always afraid to have a service call of any kind when I don’t know the company. However, this time I was in very good hands. Charlie did a fantastic job of repairing the garage door. He was very knowledgeable, and friendly.

I am very satisfied. I scheduled the appointment in the evening and at the noon next day everything was completed. Fast, clean and quality service. I have only one recommendation. When I explained the problem the person on the phone gave me the prices of the new springs and the service call fee. She never mentioned that I can’t change only the broken spring and have to buy two springs. The technician that to me, but this initial offer was slightly misleading. Total experience: Perfect !!!

Charles showed up in the scheduled time.Introduced himself and we reviewed the problem with the door.He explained what happened and what was needed to correct the problem.He explained the options and the costs associated with each.We agreed on the work and he completed the work in a courteous and professional manner.I would rate this service as 5 stars
