I really appreciated that, even though it was after 5 pm on a Friday when my garage door broke, I was able to have it fixed that same night. The night before I leave for vacation and the springs pop on my garage door. In an attempt to fix it myself I almost became a one of those statistics of people in the emergency room because of garage door accidents! Called around to several places and got nowhere (one guy even told me he does emergency work… “but not today”). In 2004 I had precision fix the spring on my door. The tech recommended an overhaul of the door due to the age. It came with a Life Time Guaranty of all parts and labor. Yesterday the spring broke and they came out within 3 hours of my call and way earlier that the appt.time. When I showed the tech my receipt from 2004 with the Warranty, he said no problem. He replaced both springs and there was truly no charge. I will always do business with a company like Precision that stands by it’s warranty, no questions asked and no hassle. This is truly a great company.

On Dec 1 Precision was out to replace the springs on our garage door. The entire process was effortless. One call and everything was done. This morning the door went up and there was a loud pop. I looked and saw the cables were not tight. I called the number expecting to get an appt for Mon or Tues but they gave me an appt in less than 2 hours. The technician Kalip called and said he would be there. He was early!! After inspection he determined one of the new springs had failed and he went about replacing all the parts. I can not even remember the last time I received such expedient and professional service. Scott, your guys are the best!!
