Well, first impressions are not always correct as was discovered in my recent experience with Precision Doors of Florida. I previously wrote that I was dissatisfied with the routine maintenance service that was done. My complaint brought me an immediate response from the company. Within days, Scott personally came out to check the doors and re-service them. I found that it wasn’t so much that the original service was not done correctly but that I was not informed why certain services, that I thought were needed, were not performed. Scott took his time in thoroughly checking the doors and explaining to me why each item was done and why certain items did not need servicing. I was very impressed by the way my complaint was handled and resolved. I can now say that, whenever I have a need for any service related to my garage doors, I will definitely call Precision. Thank you for the great customer service.

The Technicial came on time, was very courteous and respectful. He took the job very seriously. The door required several adjustments after the parts were replaced and he was very thorough in accomplishing an excelent job. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to other customers.

I knew nothing about garage doors. Matt was awesome in the education and make up of the door. Extremely personable and friendly. Buy that man a big lunch and tell him to take the day off…he deserves it.

This visit was the second time I had to call on Precision to fix my garage door opener, for the same problem. Even though I called late on a Saturday afternoon I was scheduled for a technician to make the service call the next day, Sunday. Though I would get service on the weekend the service call rate was the same as if the appointment was Monday thru Friday. The technician identified the problem within the first minute of entering the garage; the coupler on my Genie screw drive opener was “rounded” thereby not engaging the screw. Within 20 minutes the repair was completed with installation of a new coupler.
