Your service technician was very professional and knew what he was doing, even letting me know that I will need to have the rollers replaced within the year. The receptionist answering the phone with my initial call was very courteous and professional as well. I was surprised that she offered to send someone out to fix the garage door that evening, even though I called around 5:00 p.m. It is good to see dedicated people in business in our community.

I am very happy to have called on “Precision” to help me with the installation of the belt drive Precision 800 model garage door opener. I was totally blown away with how quiet it worked. Unfortunately it only worked fine a couple of times. Trouble was that I needed a new door! Once again, Precision, or rather your fine technician, Nelson to the rescue. After explaining your lifetime warranty and showing me the quality of parts used during an installation, it was a no-brainer to go ahead and order one. Definitely looking forward to that install when it arrives in a couple of weeks. I was also very impressed with Nelson as he patiently and diligently tried to get the door opener to work, admiring his professional work ethic and attitude. Thank you Precision, and Nelson, for a job extremely well done. I will definitely inform all of my friends and associates of your fine service and products. Precision Garage Door was recommended. Their web site was informative and provided all the information needed was readily available. The technician arrived when promised and made the repair in about 45 minutes. The work was well done, the mess was cleaned up and the new opener works as expected.

Matt was knowledgeable of your product and the problem with my old door. He presented very clearly the options. I had another company out to evaluate my doors the day before and found Matt’s confidence and knowledge reassuring. I appreciated his approach to the sale as the other company was to the point of badgering me to buy their door. The installation was well done and explained. The only criticism I will leave would be that the appointment time was delayed by 2 hours without any call to notify me of that delay. I can clearly understand delays but when that happens the customer should be contacted. Other than that I would recommend your services as well as Matt to friends. He represented your company very well. His personality, skill and mannerisms out weighed the little communication issue.
