Andrew worked fast and very affective in rebuilding our garage door. Andrew has a vast knowledge about his job and what needed to be done. Andrew was able to have our door working properly in the time that he said he would be finished.

Blake was extremely nice and informative and thorough with his inspection and explanation of what was going on with my old garage door and what needed to be repaired and/or replaced. Because of how late the appt began, I was very surprised that he planned to stay and do all of the work in the same evening, which kept him busy until 11pm. We programmed the exterior key pad before he left and he programmed the homelink button in my car. It was quite a lot more than I really wanted to spend to replace the motor and parts, but I’m very happy to have a lifetime warranty, a respectable local company, and a really nice, professional guy available if I need anything. I’m very pleased.

Service 24/7 was what I first noticed about Precision service.I called and someone was out within one hour.Bill was my service man and very good at what he does.I had a over all garage done which included springs ,wheels and brackets.I was pleased with the work done.I was in a bind because the door did not close and I was afraid to try to close it and other companies could not come to me for days,however Precision came to my rescue.Thanks for your help..

Garage door repair and new opener. I had a problem with my 10 yr old opener. I had called the company who installed it when the house was built(note: it was difficult to find a contact number since they are not listed in phone book). They could not come for 8 business days but I scheduled the appt anyway. Then I got a VALPAK in the mail and my wife was going through it and found your ad/coupon. The coupon had good information plus you have a web site. I dug into that and really appreciated all the info available (tech bios, drug testing policy, background checks, etc) so I decided to try to get you to look at it. I was surprised you could make it the same day. Dylan May did our work. Cannot say enough about him. Appt was for 4-6 p.m. and he arrived early and we were not home so he waited about 20 minutes. When I got home I apologized for not being there which he said was not necessary then he apologized for coming early but he was a little ahead of schedule. He proceeded to check our door and opener then explained all our options and why each thing was recommended. We opted for the “best” solution. He estimated about 2 hours for the job, had everything needed on the truck, finished exactly as promised then went over everything with us. I recommend that you hold onto Dylan, he is an excellent tech and he has management type potential in my opinion. I will recommend Precision Door to anyone I hear of looking for repairs or replacement. Thanks for the great service.
