Our garage door sensor was not working properly. We called and an appointment was made for the same day. We received a confirmation email and a call from the tech, Chris, called that he was on his way. Chris was knowledgeable, polite and very proficient. He did a neat job, fixed the problem and made sure we didn’t have any issues. The whole experience was almost surreal– it was handled extremely professionally. Great job!!!

Was able to get an appointment quickly and on a Saturday. Website is outstanding and informative. Employee pictures are a big plus. The tech was extremely knowledgeable. Explained everything clearly. Was given plenty of options. Highly recommend

Precision has a great website, and their service matched in every detail. Eric Heintz showed up on time, did a “tune-up” and answered all of my questions. He and his assistant were very knowledgeable and professional. They quickly had my garage door working like new. I highly recommend Precision to anyone needing help with their garage door.

I was very pleased with the fact that you were able to schedule my service for the same day I called. Prior to the scheduled appointment time, Eric called to tell me that he was running late, and called again to let me know when he was on his way to my house. I was impressed that he stayed until 11:30 pm to complete the work.

He is on time, very professional person. Good explanation of problem and repair needed to fixed. Excellent attitude even though the repair was been preformed at almost midnight on a Saturday. I would recommend him to anyone with garage door problems.
