Ifound you by google and the add you were rated at 4.8 and very few garage door co. have a good rating. I have heard all the news reports of how garage door co. try to pressure you into buying something you don’t need. the service tech was good and quick. He explained what he was doing and since i have many years of machine shop expierence i knew if he was trying to sell me something i did not neeed. I liked the fact thet you powder coat the springs and that is what he replaced. I keep my garage door lubed with garage door spray and do the upkeep on it. the tech did a good job. Thanks
