My service technician was Ross Helwig — his name wasn’t listed as a service technician. He was excellent and did his work in a timely manner. Your response time was amazing. Should I ever have problems in the future, you will be my first call.

Andrew called before he arrived, was very knowledge and took the time to explain all the time that was necessary to replace my 40 year old garage door. it is a little more than I am prepared to pay at this time but I will keep you in mind as I am getting other estimates, Andrew is a fine asset to your company

I’m very impressed with Precision Garage Doors. I called yesterday, they sent out a person to measure, and today Charlie did an excellent job putting in the new garage door. He was quick, cleaned up and was on his way. I’m also impressed that on there website they show a picture of the technician that will be coming to your house so I knew who he was when he knocked on my door. I will use them again and share their name with my friends.

eric was a pleasant well mannered man as was his helper, sorry I forgot his name. Eric surveyed the problems with my door by watching its operation. He refered to his computer and reset the linkage on the door. to be honest I was a little skeptical but to my surprise it has been working for 3 days. Hats off to Precision and especially to Eric and his professionalism. Thanks Jim Basener
