This is the first time I’ve used Precision. I was impressed with how quick I had a technician at my home after making an appointment, not to mention it was a Saturday. The technician, Blake Furukawa, called me in advance and was very punctual. When he arrived he was also very professional and personable. Blake explained everything that needed to get done. Technician Showed up on time. Showed me what was wrong and explained my repair options. He showed me how to operate my new system and was done in about an hour. I am very pleased with my new system.
