We purchased our home in March and Bob ended up damaging the lowest strut and weather stripping on the garage door the evening of September 24. Less than two days later the repairs have been done and the door is better than it was originally. My Wife called Precision this morning and within two hours our technician, Kevin, was with us. We could not believe how quickly someone responded to our call and two hours later our broken garage door opener was replaced!!
