I have had trouble with my garage door. When I was heading home I saw one of your trucks. I told my daughter, I should call them and she wrote down your name and web address. Later I was having dinner and I was telling my friend about all the troubles I was having with the garage door. He recommended your company, because his mother and another friend had used precision and was very happy with you. He gave me your phone number, I called around 6:00 pm and I had an appointment next morning. Chris is my technician, he explained my problems and gave me very options to get everything repaired, quickly.

I found Prescision on Angie’s List. Bill called and gave a thirty minute notice. The sensors on my 15 year old garage door were damaged due to an electrical surge. Bill went over my options and he explained the work to be done and cost. He was very friendly and completed the work pretty quickly. I was surprised at how quiet the door is when opening and closing now. I also liked the lifetime warranty. I will use them again in the future on our other garage door.

Jonathon Gonzalez was the service technician who installed a new motor, new key pad, etc. He was patient, efficient, and friendly. It was a job well done! I would certainly use Precision Door again and request Jonathan to do the job.

When I researched the internet for garage door repairs I saw several services and the web site information on this site gave me what I needed to know. I filled out the contact us with my information and within less than 1 hour I was contacted and a time scheduled for the next day. The young man Blake came to look at my garage and gave me all the information I needed to make my choice and the job was done professionally and as quoted to me. Great job and I would recommend this company to anyone.

My garage door broke at 7pm on a Friday night with company arriving within minutes from out of the state. Blake arrived by 9pm to repair the door. He did an exceptional job and we were so very thankful. The response time, technician knowledge and courtesy were all top notch. We are very pleased to have Precision as our garage door specialist and will continue to rely on them if any future needs should arise.

I have used Precision Door service several times over the years and have been very satified. The technicians are always courteous and have a professional look by wearing uniforms that are pressed and clean. Blake today replaced our garage door opener and was knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know. I also like the fact they drove clean trucks that looked like they were well maintained. The company also follows up with a confirmation email. I would highly recommend this garage door company. Everything from my first call to Blake leaving was excellant!

Our garage door and opener are 5 years old and until a little glitch in the opener mechanism, they have been reliable, quiet and still quite attractive for metal. Opener didn’t close door this morning and so I called you. As often happens, the opening mechanism started to function–after much button pushing, etc. But still, Jonathan came out and inspected everything and even installed a balky light cover for the opener.
