Very impressed. I called The service on a Saturday afternoon, was able to talk to a real person on the other end of the phone, and the repair man showed up two hours later to fix the garage door. In about 25 minutes, I have new springs and ball bearings!!! Very professional technician and quick service is hard to find on the weekends. Thank you!!!

I was I a panic early that morning when I realized I could not get my vehicle out of the garage in order to get to work. With the help of a friend I was able to manually lift the garage door enough to got the car out. I contacted precision on my way to work and they were able to get a technician out that evening to do the necessary repairs. Eric was the gentleman who did the work and did a wonderful job. I had many issues to repair since the system was about 25 years old. The door is running beautifully and much more quietly as well. Thank you Eric for a job Well Done and for working so late in the day to give me back my peace of mind and feeling of security..

George was very friendly and explained the problem with the garage door opener and clearly outlined what needs to be done. Since I am renting the house, I’ll have to consult with the property management folks and the landlord about having the motor replaced. I am waiting for George to e-mail the details of his assessment this morning. A definite 5 star rating!
