I want to thank Kevin Phillips for his professional expertise in replacing my Garage Door Spring in a minimum amount of time on the same day I called for service. The repair was efficient and affordable. I will definitely use this service again if the need arises.

Five stars for everything. The service and the repair work was done efficiently and on my schedule. I had called another company that I had previously used and been happy with. They said it would be a few days and would let me know when they would be able to come. I called Precision and will never use anyone else.

Definitely a five-star rating. First of all, when I called this morning to schedule an appointment the receptionist said that she could send someone out today!! Incredible! Second, the appointment was scheduled from four to six P.M. Imagine my surprise when Ross, the technician, called and said he was in the area and he could come over earlier than scheduled. Another plus for the company!! When he arrived ten minutes later, he was extremely courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained what needed to be done, how long it would take, what the time frame would be, and gave us a fair estimate on the cost of the total job. Third, it also helped that I had a coupon from Valpak that made the estimate even lower. When I explained that we were having an open house this coming Sunday to sell our home, he said he would see what he could do to have the job finished before then. What a great experience with a great technician and an even better company. I am totally impressed. I am sure that the door will look incredible when the job is finished.

Ross was very efficient and I appreciated that I did not have to set up another appointment and that he cleaned everything up before he left. He made sure I knew how to work everything and set up my key pads and my BMW opener. Thank you for great service.

Rating 5 stars. I called for service at 12 (noon) and by 1:15pm I had a service person at my door. Eric was professional and knowledgeable. He had my garage door fixed and working properly within an hour. Execellent service mprofessionals.
