The tech that installed our garage door opener was William Roberts. He did a fast clean job and explained everything to us. This the second time we have had service and both times were great.

George B did an excellent job. He arrived on time and was professional and courteous. Once he finished installing the new garage door he explained how everything worked and demonstrated the different features of the garage door and the garage opener. I was very happy with George B and the company as a whole.

When I called early Friday afternoon, to my surprise they were able to scheduled to see what was my problem the same day. The technician Mike was very professional and immediately was able to tell me the problem. He recommended what product I needed and after installing my new garage opener he walked me through on how to work the remotes and how to maintain it by lubricating the wheels at least two times yearly. I am very satisfied with my new garage opener and how quiet it is. Thank you

we found precision door service thru home advisers.com. george was the technician who came to us. he was friendly and more importantly knew everything about our old opener system, how to maintain the doors and the fact that our old system was not strong enough to lift our insulated double door. we took his advice and upgraded to a more powerful system so that we may avoid problems in the future.

The response time was excellent. I was informed on arrival that there would be a $65 service call charge, but was not asked if I wanted or could pay for a tune-up special.

I was very impressed at the speed and professional service that Precision provides. Eric was early and did his job with ease. I am very pleased with this company and will definitely call them next time I have a garage door problem.
