I chose Precision because prior to moving to Florida the Virginia location worked on my opener there and did a great job. Here Van was the tech and also did a great job. He installed a Precision opener, new rollers, springs, pulleys etc. What was a noisy chain drive opener is now whisper quiet! I am very satisfied.

Excellent service! Saturday service is a wonderful thing. From the first phone call I knew I picked a full service company. Chris my technician called me back within 10 minutes of setting up my appointment. He took the time to address the problem. He explained every detail about my garage door and he took good care of me. Chris performed the installation like it was his own garage. Thanks again for your service

Felt assured that I was not going to have a non-professional arrive to do the work and that I could identify the technocian. Chris was excellent in arrival time, explaining what needed be done, costs, and what I could do to ensure and improve the performance/operation. Chris’s estimated service time was right on and the door is performing nicely. Chris also cleaned up before he left. Very happy with the sservice technician and will recommend yourcompany.

We had a spring break on our door, so I sat down and started looking on line for a repair service. While there were plenty to choose from, I felt real at ease when I talked to the agent on the phone. He let me know how much it would cost, when the tech. would be here. Our technicians names were George and Jeremy,they were in and out in no time explained every detail and we couldn’t be happier with their service. Will recommend this company to everyone. I did not know my door could be this quiet. Thanks alot

One of our garage door springs broke last night, and we made a service appointment for today. Andrew arrived within the stated time frame and even called to let us know when he was about twenty minutes away. Once here he was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable, and gave us different service options. The repair work he did was outstanding, and he answered all of our questions. Would definitely recommend and call again.
