Found your company on GOOGLE, was expecting repairs to be expensive, they weren’t. ” Kevin, ” was very professional and helpful. just one thing, I didn’t receive a receipt ,or work order depicting(spelling out), repairs done, perhaps an oversight by someone. Knowing that you have my net address, I expected to find a receipt being e-mailed ? I would still recommend your company.

I came home to find my garage door wouldn’t go up, which I quickly saw to be a broken spring. I called Precision Garage Door at about 2 PM and Dylan was here before 4 PM. He gave me clear options, with pricing, worked quickly and professionally, and was a very nice guy. By 5 PM, my car was back in my garage and the door works better now than it ever had during my 6 years owning this house. Thanks Dylan.

Fantastic Service! Had new springs installed on 2 doors. Andrew was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He explained all of the repairs and provided a quote for other recommended service with no sales pressure.
