Definitely a five-star rating. Extremely courteous, friendly and very knowledgable. Billy Price explained what needed to be done, and gave us three repair package options. Work performed expeditiously along with a complete clean-up. Our internet coupons helped with lowering the cost of our investment. We can’t say enough about the ‘magic’ performed by Precision. Super job, 100% satisfied; We highly recommend Precision Door Service.

I LOVE my new door. I’m closing in a carport and Eric was great in explaining what he needed done to ensure door installation would go smoothly. He did a great job and I’m impressed with how quickly the door was installed. Kudos to Eric and your company for not only quick, but excellent, service.

One of the springs broke on our double garage door. I found PDS online and used their chat function to schedule an appointment. It was very convenient. Van and his assistant showed up approximately 2 hours later and had the job completed in 40minutes. I’m very happy with my decision to use PDS. Great service and great guys.

5 stars. George and Jeremy were very professional and We are very well satisified with the service. provided. Everything was replaced with new precision equipment except the wooden door. Opener, springs and all hardware was replaced. I especially like the lifetime warranty and 1 year free service. I called the person who replaced the springs and some hardware about 8 years ago but the number was discontinued so apparently he went out of business. I was disappointed the spring broke after only 8 years but George said that was about average. I had a flyer from your company and chose to call you. I like the idea you are only around the corner from us. In any event at 85 and 77 I don’t thing we will need anything done again anytime soon. At least I am happy with the service and you technicians. And this thing is so quiet I can’t hear it operate. I definitely will spread the word and recommend your company to any one who needs this kind of service. Thanks again

It’s been six months since the complete overhaul of my door, which included new opener, springs, rollers, etc. It still works as good as the first day it was repaired! Great job Van!!!

Blake was my technician, explained what it would take to fix this very old door. I asked about a complete new door and he showed me what was available, how it would fit, and they advantages of a lifetime warranty. A few calls, and the installers will be here in a couple hours and have it completely installed today. great service and no hard sell,
