Chris came to our home, diagnosed the problem immediately, explained what he was going to do to fix it, and proceed to do just that. He than did a safety inspection, and discussed that process with me. I asked for a rough estimate for some additional work, and he was glad to provide that information. Chris worked quickly and efficiently, was very polite, and is a definite asset to your company.

Billy Price from PRECISION DOOR SERVICE was here today to replace the broken spring on our garage door. I called at 8:00a.m. And he was here at 10:00 a.m. Yes, he checked out the entire door and did have suggestions but having to replace those items on other doors in other homes, I have complete confidence that it was well worth the added cost. Billy is professional , did an excellent job and the door is quieter and works great. I didn’t have to wait 3 days for the other company to show up. I give them a 5 star rating and totally recommend them.
