We chose your company because of the replacement springs that were offered. It just seem to be a better deal to get the longer lasting springs for a door that is moving up and down all the time. My neighbors had got other quotes for less but when I looked at the springs that were installed I didn’t get the best feeling ?? We found Precision on the web and we called and the lady and she explained the whole process and why the cost. The service call includes a photo of the service person coming to your home !!!!! How big is that ! The wife knew exactly who would be there to service our home and I really like that so it also is worth the cost. I would use then again and we are passing their name on to the rest of homes here since there is a rash of springs breaking in this area. The door is really quiet and smooth. I think we may get the nylon rollers next time if we do a repair again.
