Using Precision Door was like a breath of fresh air! I received new springs, belt drive motor, and some other moving parts. Their exceptional customer service from the initial call, to the final close out truly stood out in an era where such care and professionalism is rare. In summary: – in less than 24 hrs my door was completely fixed! – Representatives and employees were extremely professional – The company even calls you a few hours after the workers leave to ensure everything is to your satisfaction – Precision should be the model company in terms of how to treat their business and customers

Super fast and professional service from my initial call with Amber at 4pm on a Tuesday (when the main spring broke). By 4:30pm Mason Slack was at my home and by 8:30am the next morning Sam Penza and his partner were starting the complete overhaul of my garage door system. The replaced everything but the door itself and where done before noon. Thank you!

I called to get a tune up due to my garage door sounding so loud on my first home. Joel came out on time and was the most honest, kind and professional tech, I have ever worked with.
