Precision Doors came out to my house and reviewed my issue with a new garage door opener that I had previously installed. The technician was professional and all the way through the process keep me informed as to what my issue was and what were my options. Upon completion of his analysis, he made sure that I understood the problem and since it was a part still under warranty, he called the manufacture and started the process of ordering the part. Precision Doors did an outstanding job of going the extra mile and did it with expert skillfulness. I was so pleased with the service I had the specialist replace the springs in the system. I am very pleased with the proficiency of the technician and the company.

Thomas did an excellent job of inspecting my garage door, catching a couple of things I had not realized were a problem. He replaced my springs and installed new neoprene rollers. He clearly knew what he was doing and left me feeling confident in the repairs and upgrade. The door now operates smoothly and quietly.

11/24/2023 Excellent response to our early morning call for help. A technician responded in a few hours and performed a clear and detailed assessment of two garage doors, one of which was totally inoperable. Four levels of repair up to total replacement were offered. We chose the one most appropriate to us. Two hours later another technician appeared; another two hours later all work was completed and demonstrated to our satisfaction. Both technicians were friendly and professional. PRECISION RESPONDED QUICKLY AND PROVIDED THREE ESTIMATES AS TO THE COST OF REPAIRING A GARAGE DOOR OPENER. UNFORTUNATELY, ALL OF THE ESTIMATES WERE VERY HIGH, IN MY OPINION. THEY RANGED FROM APPROXIMATELY $1,050 TO OVER $2,000, DEPENDING ON HOW MUCH I WANTED TO REPLACE. BECAUSE OF THE HIGH ESTIMATES I CONTACTED A SECOND GARAGE DOOR COMPANY. THEY REPAIRED THE GARAGE DOOR OPENER TO PERFECT WORKING ORDER FOR $115.00.

Excellent response time from start to finish less than 48 hours to rebuild/replace garage door operator system bringing it in to the current decade in terms of functionality. Contacted Precision on 11/16 and the work was completed to satisfaction, job site cleaned and system operational by end of day 11/17. Joel the estimator did an assessment of what we needed variable on repair vs total replacement and due to the fact the property is going to be on the market in the coming year we opted for repair saving over $2000. Chris the technician and his manager who arrived onsite to assist worked as a team non-stop until the job was done. The LiftMaster system has a myQ APP that ties to our existing systems. Would recommend Precision Door Service without hesitation.

Blake and JC were very professional and accommodating on servicing my garage door. They certainly took the time to answer all my questions and going beyond to educate me on the importance of doing additional services showing signs of weakness. As a senior on a limited budget, Blake helped to get me where I needed to be and explained discounts or fees that were very helpful. Especially new CC expenses that add a good 3%. The actual service was exceptional and I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Services to my neighbors and friends. Thanks to Blake, I did get the work done I called about instead of putting it off or just living w/it. So happy he took the time to help me understand doing preventative service. ????????
