My neighbor had Precision Garage Door install a new garage door opener, rollers, torsion springs, etc. and was extremely pleased with the quality of the work. I had the same issue and Joel Mullen did the initial inspection and quote and Evan Tucker did the installation. Both guys are great and do excellent work!

On a Saturday afternoon we discovered our garage door’s torsion spring had broken and our garage would not even open manually. Fortunately, Precision Door Service was open on Saturday and dispatched a technician by the name of Jordan to our house that afternoon. Jordan was extremely professional and also did a full inspection of our garage door and was very thorough in explaining our options. We never felt like he was pushing us to do additional work. Jordan did a great job in replacing the torsion springs and giving our garage door a tune-up. He even spent part of his Saturday night to get the job done right instead of just rushing to finish early. Our garage door operates more smoothly than ever. Two thumbs up. Precision door obviously hires very qualified technicians.

Our garage door went down permanently on Saturday afternoon. Precision came, assessed the problems, fixed them in two hours. The two young men who did the work were friendly and efficient. We’re so grateful for such great service on a weekend.

Both Thomas the salesperson and Mike the service technician exceeded my expectations. I made a call to Precision in the morning and they were able to complete my job by the end of the same day. Upon installation of an entire new Lift Master, Mike sat down with me to explain all of the features. Both gentlemen were courteous and professional.
