I contacted Precision late in the afternoon due to an issue with my garage door. The technician Nick was at my house the next day at 8am to assess the issue. He was very thorough, explained the issue and gave me several options for fixing my garage door. Another Technician (Evan and his associate) were dispatched to install the repairs later that same afternoon. Evan explained the repairs that were agreed would be performed and then reviewed the repairs once they were finished. Everything but the door itself needed replaced. He also assisted with setting up the App that came with the new garage opener. Great customer service start to finish!

Tyler, our technician, arrived on time and explained what work needed to be done with my garage door to correct the problems I was having since a screen door had been installed two years prior. Tyler replaced the tracks, rollers, and springs. Great work, Tyler. I now have a like new garage door. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Ian and his partner were very courteous and friendly. They were very professional and completed installed the garage door perfectly. He did a great job explaining how the new door works, including all the technology, buttons and how to manually operate the door in the event of power loss. It was a pleasure working with Ian and Precision Garage door. Would definitely recommend them for any of your garage door needs. The quality of the door is impeccable and looking forward on using our new garage door!

Joel came out and did a thorough inspection of my garage door. Springs were installed and calibrated. He was very professional and friendly. He helped me evaluate the need for a new garage door system that I was previously hesitant on “pulling the trigger “on. Would highly recommend Precision !
