I had a garage door opener installed by Precision about three years ago. The only problem I had is when there is a power outage, the openers memory goes out. I call Precision and they respond right away.Today they installed a back up battery, it should fix the problem. The service and techs is always great.

Precision Overhead Garage Door was recommended to us by our neighbor! They came out this morning, evaluated our garage door and recommended all new hardware and motor. Ours was at least 20+ years old. Garage door itself is fine. The tech was here within 1 1/2 hours. Sean did a fantastic job, very knowledgeable and showed us how the new hardware works. We are very happy with this Company and will certainly recommend them to anyone who needs work on their garage door!

We had an issue with our garage door not closing. We did our research and selected Precision Garage Door Service to come to our home and see what the issue might be. The technician,Blake, was professional and knowledgeable about the garage door lift systems. In his discovery process he shared that our system was installed in 1997. The circuit board was failing and a few more issues were pointed out. We decided to purchase a new system. The price was fair and Blake explained each feature of the one we chose. Sam came out to install the new system. Sam installed the new garage door system and just like Blake,Sam had the same work ethic and did a beautiful install and explained all of the new operational features. It’s amazing how quiet it is now as the garage door is engaged. From my first phone call to the completed installation we are thrilled about the process. I have to mention one last thing. When I received a text that Blake and Sam were on their way it showed a picture of them and a small bio about them. Very refreshing touch Precision Garage Door Service management !!! Thank you.

We called Precision Door Service because, about 8 months ago as our door would open partially and then close. Precision came out and could not replicate the issue. They did not charge us for a service call as Joe, the technician, advised he did not do any work except to make physical/electrical inspections. This past Saturday we opened door leading to garage and noticed the chain had snapped. Precision was here in less than 4 hours, conducted an inspection and told us what we already knew….needed a new garage door opener and tension springs. They came by today and fixed everything in a very professional and courteous manner and at extremely reasonable price.

Great service from initial phone call to estimate, to scheduling to install. Everyone was professional and curteous. Would certainly use them again and not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family!!
