I’m impressed with both the speed and quality of service I received. I called on a Friday afternoon concerning my old door opener which was in need of repair or replacement and a technician was scheduled for the next morning. Van called before arriving to let me know he was on his way (a nice courtesy), was on time, friendly, courteous, thorough, and professional. Two and a half hours later I had a completely overhauled and refurbished garage door and a new opener with keypad installed. It’s so much quieter and operates much more smoothly than the previous one ever did. I highly recommend Precision for both quality of service and product.

Luis did a great job correcting my problem

Our garage door would not open on a Saturday and I realized the spring was broken. Found Precision online and while not an emergency to get fixed that, read services were provided 7 days a week. I called and the extremely courteous and professional call taker set me up with an appointment later that day. Tech Charlie called, showed up early and finished the job in no time. While I truly don’t know if the price was good or not, I’ll pay for great customer service and professionalism every time. Great job!
