This is a terrific company. Our garage door was damaged beyond repair on a Friday afternoon; we called & James arrived within a couple hours. He was polite & informative & was able to close our damaged door so our home was secure over the weekend. Our new door was installed early the next week. This company really strives to satisfy their customer. Their communication is excellent & they show up when they say they will. We will definitely recommend & use them whenever we need garage door service! The best!

Your ad said that you provide 24 hour service. I had called 3 other places, two of which I am familiar with but upon calling (Saturday 8am) I got their answering message saying that they are CLOSED weekends. Your employeek, Ryan is a skilled mechanic, customer freiendly and I haved already recommended your company to 3 people here in Highland Lakes is case they need service. Good job, well done.

Excellent service. Turned up on time, completed the work efficiently and honored the warranty. The representative was friendly and polite,I would use them again every time – which hopefully is rarely as this was for a garage door repair – broken spring.

I just had the Precision Garage Door replaced. So far the new door is working beautifully. William is the technician who replaced the door and did a excellent job. He is an asset to your company. He is one of the technicians who came out when we were having problems with the door. He was always very professional and did what he could do to make the situation not so frustrating. We. Luis was on time and very thorough. He serviced the door, replaced the rollers, and replaced the drive gear – all in less than an hour. He was very informative about the door, the maintenance, and the problems I was experiencing. I would recommend Luis to anyone who needs their garage door serviced or repaired.
