    Chris did an outstanding job of diagnosing and repairing the problem quickly and efficiently. He called ahead to tell us when he would be arriving, and showed up right on time. Chris is very courteous, and gave me a complete explanation of what he was going to do, and how he would do it. When he was finished, the garage door worked like new. My compliments also to Patricia in your office who answered all my questions when I called; both she and Chris are professional in the best sense of the word.

    The technician was quick to sort out the problem, and fixed it in no time. He also told me how to avoid the problem occurring again, which you wouldn’t expect from a company that makes money from call-outs. I would use Precision to replace my garage door opener, which it will need sometime, and highly recommend their service.

I decided to replace the unit. It was quickly installed, and he even carted away the old broken unit. The new Garage Door Opener is excellent. It is very quiet. Thank you.
