At approximately 7:00 PM, our garage door failed without warning. I went to the phone book, looked for emergency services and noted that Precision offered 24/7 service. Within an hour of calling, Eric Heintz, the service person, was here. By 9:30 PM he had replaced the motor. He was very informative with regard to explanation of operation, etc. Obviously a carry-over from his prior military training.

I called late on Wednesday to request service for a broken garage door spring. Service was scheduled for early Thursday afternoon. Your technician (Chris) arrived earlier than scheduled after first calling to make sure that was OK with me. He provided a thorough walk-through of my issues and showed me what needed repair and why. We discussed maintenance I can do in the future, such as using silicone spray for lubrication. Chris also provided opportunity to purchase optional parts that were more than needed for the immediate fix. Although appreciated, I decided to just have the broken spring and its mate replaced so that I could get my cars out of the garage. All in all, I was very happy I contacted Precision. The service call was early, Chris was very professional in his interpersonal communications and there was no hard-sell to buy more than I needed and the repair was done quickly. Thank you.

I continue to be impressed with this company. This was the third time we have used them to repair a garage door opener, this time a replacement. The serviceman arrived two hours earlier than promised, yet within two hours of my call. He was quick and thorough. Hopefully the company recognizes and rewards such personnel.

The work was done very quickly and expertly done. The first time I used the garage door opener I thought it wasn’t working because it was so quiet! The door works great and I love the keypad on the outside of the garage as well. Thank you Precision for doing a great job!

Great service and price. I called at about 2:30p on a Monday and they were able to get out and fix my door (a sensor & wiring problem) by 5pm the same day. The rep on the phone was great! My initial window was 3-5pm, but the regional manager or someone called to notify me that it’d be 5-6 , no later than 6. All of their communications and documentation is done electronically and is very thorough. The tech who performed the service was kind, smart, helpful and did a great job. I’d recommend this place again in a heartbeat.
