    William Roberts called before his appointment time to let me know there was a little traffic but expected to be there on time. He was punctual and courteous. I could tell he had experience installing garage door openers and I felt good about that since I am very picky! Two hours later my door was operational and he showed me all the ins and outs of programming etc. GREAT Experience and I will recommend Presision to all my “new” neighbors as their homes are built and they need openers.

    This guy knew what he was doing, did it correctly and from the time it was reported until time corrected, less than 4 hours. Precision has always had the best service of any company we have ever worked with. A garage door opener works pretty much like any garage door opener, it opens and closes the door. It is when instillation or service is needed that Precision is the best.

    My garage door failed on Friday night. On Saturday I was trying to get someone to repair it, fully expecting to have to wait until after the weekend. I saw a coupon for Precision Door Service which indicated “no extra charge for nights and weekends” so they were one of several I called. Precision had one appointment available so I took it. The service tech called and arrived even earlier than the appointment time. He was knowledgeable and personable and fixed my door within the hour. I was very happy.
