I picked Precision out of the phonebook in 2009, got good service, was happy with the repair so when I needed service again I didn’t hesitate to call them. I’m thrilled with the new,quiet belt drive opener that was installed. The service technician was professional, personable and very knowledgeable.

The only thing I could say was it would have been nice if they had cleaned up all the screws and old hardware up off the floor. I already went to Costco once this week for a new tire. I don’t want to do it again. It wasn’t too much of a big deal because I have the day off and had planned to clean the garage and driveway anyway but might be for someone else. Other than that, they were very polite, respectful, punctual and from what I can tell, did a professional job. I wouldn’t hesitate have these gents do work again.

Service Technicians were on time and very thorough. Liked the professionalism in uniforms and marked vehicles. 4 instead of a 5? I would have liked the technicians to clean the greasy hand prints off the panels after installation, and numerous washers, bolt heads and bolts left in the garage/driveway I would have liked cleaned up. However I do not hesitate to recommend and would use again.

William our technician was a very outstanding and sufficient young man and was very pleasurable and explained the whole aspect of various installations that could be made to our door.If and when I need door service I will be sure to call precision.

i COULD NOT HAVE MORE PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY PRECISION AND THE TECHNICIAN, DYLAN MAY. FROM THE MOMENT I CALLED UNTIL THE TECHNICIAN LEFT, THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS VERY SEAMLESS. DYLAN WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND PROFESSIONAL. IT IS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH SOMEONE THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I MADE A MISTAKE BY CALLING ANOTHER COMPANY PRIOR TO CALLING PRECISION AND WAS SO DISGUSTED WITH THE INEXPERIENCE OF THE TECHNICIANS WHO KNEW NOTHING ABOUT PRECISION. THEY SPENT LESS THAN 5 MINUTES AND OF COURSE,I HAD TO PAY FOR A SERVICE CALL WITH NO RESOUTION. THANKS AGAIN FOR DYLAN AND PRECISION

Very professional company. I used them in 2002 to replace springs, etc. with a lifetime warranty. Called them back in 2014 and no problem honoring agreement for the springs(I had the receipt). Replaced the rollers due to wear and it is so much quieter. The techs were great and couldn’t have been more informative and honorable. Highly recommend. They are not the cheapest but there is value in confidence, being licensed/bonded, and professionalism.
