Precision was able to give me a same day appointment, rescue my car from the garage I was unable to open, and properly repair my garage door opener. Bill was early, super informative, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend them!

He was patient with me while I tried to make up my mind of the extent I wanted to fix door opener. Prices seemed high, so I opted to go for the cheapest fix. He put in new sensor for the door. Hope this fix last for yrs to come, can’t afford a new opener. Will have to shop around if I do though.

Very quick response time. The tech jumped right in and started working. Explained what he was doing and why. He answered all my questions. He did suggest I replace the spring because it is old and rusty. Had to decline because I am my finances are to tight at this time.
