This was the best garage door repair experience we had during the 15 years we have lived in this house. Response time to unscheduled service call on a Saturday was excellent. From start to finish the job was handled in a very professional and efficient manner. The service technician was friendly and adequately explained our options. The quality of his workmanship was excellent. The work was completely is a very timely manner. It is obvious to me this is organization that has highly developed operational capabilities, uses computer technology to enhance their service and they train and supervise their personnel. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of this service.

Your service tech Eric was the best. Very professional,clean cut and knowledgable. He worked with great precision. He his an asset to your company. Formerly I was an owner for 30 years of a service oriented business.I would hire Eric on the spot as I know how hard it is to get good employees. He also threw in a little marketing about your business suggesting items that I should be aware of. I will use Precision if I have any needs

Very fast service. I had expected a few days wait. Service Tech called the next morning and said he would be there in 15 minutes. Showed on time and preformed all the necessary service and checked the whole door and system. Very satisfied with the company.

The call was to correct an install problem from a door you put in 3 years ago. I called late on Friday afternoon and you had a service tech at my house the next morning at 8:00 AM. I am, indeed, impressed with such fast customer service. Problem was corrected promptly and the technician, Dylan was courteous and knowledgeable. It is a pleasure doing business with your company and nice to know you stand by your work even 3 years later.
