From our phone call at 9 am to the installation at 6 pm, the people at Precision Door were wonderful! Blake, our technician gave us a call 30 min before arrival. He was courteous, efficient and extremely knowledgable. He was even approved by all 3 of our dogs! He recommended that we look into a new metal door, but did not pressure us. We did take his recommendation that we replace our unit rather than repair it. With the lifetime warranty, it seemed a no brainer. thank you!!

Jonathon did an excellent job changing the springs & setting the proper tension on our door He also adjusted the garage door opener & has it working like brand new. The door hadn’t been serviced in a number of years and we had an old invoice, which I why I called–the door would not raise up…. Chris was here within the hour, explained everything in full–a spring was broken. He did an excellent job and was a pleasure to have here in my home.

We were so pleased with the same day service that George provided. Fair prices for excellent service. It was Saturday morning and our garage would not close all of the way so we called Precision Door Service as they were recommended on Angie’s list. We were given an appointment on the same day. George called and came over an hour earlier. He repaired the door and also suggested replacing the worn rollers, which did provide quieter service. All is good and we definitely would use them again.

The office was contacted at approx. 5 pm, reviewed that day’s schedule and offered an appointment to fix the door within minutes. The technician arrived within 30 minutes of my call, explained what and why he was fixing the door the way he was, all of which I appreciated.

The technician, Eric, was very courteous and took his time to explain the whole process to me. I only received an estimate for planned installation, but I would recommend this company to anyone looking for repairs on an existing garage door.
