    Awesome Service!!!! Called the Sanford phone number and right away they picked up, gave me a price quote over the phone, unlike other companies. They told me a range of time to wait for the tech was between 4-6pm and around 330 the technician was already calling that he was on his way. After assessing the door problem, the technician fixed it within 25 minutes and on the same day that it broke!!!!

    I did not know what to expect. Ross looked over the situation and mention what is possibly wrong and gave options with cost. However, he had to check the bearings to inform me whether they were bad or good. I was impressed with his knowledge and how quickly he replaced the broken spring and bearings. My wife will be blessed when she arrives home and does not hear the garage door. I had Ross do door maintenance. Wow! All you hear now is the motor. Great work!!!

    The first technician was Blake and the installer was Bill. We had used Precision when we had some parts that needed repaired in the past and like them so we called them again. Both technicians were friendly and professional. What I liked about them both is that they seemed to care about the customer and about the quality of their work.
