Today Precision Garage Door installed a new door and all the needed hardware after my garage was hit by a car. The installer was Charlie Merino and he was very professional, neat and friendly. He did a great job and I would recommend Precision Door to anyone in need of a new door or just repairs. I felt their pricing was very fair for the amount of work they had to do.

I had called for an appointment late in the evening and they scheduled me between 2pm and 4pm the following day. Ryan called me in the morning letting me know someone could be there for 12 noon if that worked for me. Joshua called and arrived at 11:30. Joshua explained to me the different tiers of servicing/replacement options and I made the decision to go with his recommendations which gave me longer warrantees, etc. Joshua replaced my automatic garage door opener, installed a new garage button in the interior, installed an outdoor keypad and did a complete over haul on parts. He was professional yet very friendly and was great at explaining the best options for me. I would definitely recommend Joshua and Precision!

Technican, Andrew Hecker came today(7/16/14) at my home to repair the garage door because the rollers were slipping off the track. To my surprise he solved the problem by changing 10 rollers and two steel cables in such a short time (say about 15-20 minutes). With such excellent and professional service rendered by him;I’ll always have Precision Door Service in future for any of my garage door problems.
