We were very pleased with the quick response time and professional service displayed by the call representative and the technician. Blake was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and took the time to explain everything. He easily answered all of our questions and made sure the install was a job well done. We had our house built 15 years ago and the garage has been repaired 3 other times by other companies. Obviously those other companies did not do a good job. The job Blake did was so good our garage door works better now than it ever did (including the day that we got our CO and moved in)!

precision door sent a relatively new employee to replace the springs on my door. The door did not operate smoothly.I called,they sent an experienced man to work on the door. It operates perfectly now. Scott said the tech would not leave until the door was perfectly repaired.It took some time, but all is well.They kept their word. I am satisfied.

Both Blake & Andrew were very professional, polite, helpful and extremely hard working you men. I couldn’t believe that they “kept their Cool” even in this 90+ degree Florida heat! Blake had to return twice because he had accidently picked up the wrong size belt… Andrew was working late into the evening and put a new set of springs on and made sure the garage door was balanced. He even helped us reprogram our openers. Thanks so much!
