We chose Precision because of other positive reviews we researched. Kevin Blue was the tech who came out and repaired our door. He came at the promised time and in an identifiable company uniform. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He gave us 3 options and we picked the one that best suited us. No pressure just great-service. We chose to get a full set of replacement wheels. He did a quick and perfect job. The door works fabulously now!

The ad gave me the confidence that this was a trusted company for the garage repair that I was looking for. When the Technician arrived he reviewed with me what I had requested, then reviewed what needed to be done to the door with me. He gave me several options but never was really doing a hard sale to make me fill if I did not do it then the repair would not work. He gave me all options that I had in order for me to select from giving me the end results of each one. Once he got started he had everything repaired in less then 30 minutes. He had also called in advanced and identified himself before arriving within the allotted timeframe.

Your technician Andrew was very professional and completed the job in about hours. He replaced our motor, springs, rollers, keypad, remotes and lubricated anything else that needed attention. My Wife and I would highly recommend Precision Door to any of our friends.

Ross came out to my house to give an estimate for a garage door. He was very courteous and informative. He gave me three garage door options, and explained each one. Ross even when out of his way to put a couple screws in my aging door so that it would not fall. I fully intend to have Precision Door.

I am impressed! Both work vehicles were locked in after a spring broke and it was after hours. Called 3 other companies, no emergency service. Called Precision and Blake arrived about an hour or so later as predicted by the Company official! He was professional, informative, and friendly. Did the job promptly, explained what he had done, and went on his way. I am impressed!
