    When we had a problem with our 20 year old garage door coming off it’s track and broken opener I researched local companies for service. Charlie came out and explained all of our options. I appreciated that he did not try to “sell” us anything. With the options in hand we decided to replace our entire door system with a better model and opener. The price was reasonable compared to just replacing the hardware and opener. They were able to complete the project the next day. Charlie was efficient and did an excellent job with the installation. When finished he cleaned everything up and explained how the new opener worked. Given that I only had the web recommendations for Precision I wasn’t entirely sure about how this would turn out, but I was extremely pleased with the workmanship, professionalism, and friendliness of Charlie.
