I am very pleased with the work performed by Chris. Chris explained all my options. After completing the repair on the spring, rollers and bottom seal he explained the correct way to lubricate the door. We will use Precision in the future if needed. Thanks Richard Ragno

Chris was very professional, explained things well and did a superb job. He cleaned the site, everything put back and made sure everything worked. He worked all day long!! This is customer service, period. My door opener broke this morning. I called and they scheduled somebody to come out between 2-4 on the same day. I was happy enough with same day service, but then they called back and said they had a technician available within 30 minutes if I was interested. I sure was, and he showed up 25 minutes later. Technician was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and fast. He installed a new opener within an hour. Outstanding service.

We have been using Precision Garage Door Service since we moved to Orlando seven years ago. On this occasion, our garage door wasn’t closing completely. We got same day service; Jonathon was friendly and quickly identified/repaired the problem. Technicians are consistently courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. We appreciate that they do not try to SELL us things we don’t need, but do review all components and advice on issues that may need attention in future. My son who had work done by Precision at his home recommended your company to me to solve my sluggish and absolutely dreadful noisy garage door operation. Eric Heintz was excellent and did a marvelous job of updating my old door system with new parts (spring, opener, etc.). It now operates efficiently and is so quiet. I can certainly recommend Precision to others.
