Were referred by friend who had a good experience with your organization. My 20 yr. old garage door lifter was acting up. Your tech reviewed all possible options and their costs. I was not pressured or requested to make an immediate decision. Work was done quickly, neatly and I am quite pleased at how well the new unit works and how quiet it is. My Technician William, was top notch…. He explained all I need to now to get the job repaired not just right but, also on how to maintain it for any even longer life span, in maintenance up keep… If he is any indication of the Service and Know How,of what Precision Garage Door Service is all about than I’ll be recommending Precision to all I know,to call them FIRST, when they need garage door repair… THANKS AGAIN Precision!

Blake was very friendly and very professional. He got my old broken garage door opener out and installed the new one promptly. He cleaned up everything and showed me how everything worked. Seemed really sincere in telling me to call if I had any questions or had any problems with the new opener.

I called at 6:30 PM and was given a 8-10 repair time the following morning. The technician, Charley Merino, arrived before 8:00 AM, covered my repair options and was finished by 9:15. We couldn’t be more pleased and would highly recommend you services

My door opener quit working. I panicked. What do I do?? Found you label on the garage door. Moved in recently so figured this must be the folks who installed the door perhaps they could help me. They could and did immediately. Blake was given the incorrect address but he found me and quickly reviewed the situation and I am back in operation. Thank you!
