It’s rare in the service industry for a technician to be on time, however, my precision technician was. That was great! He replaced the springs and the door works like new! 5 star service!

Blake and Bill came the same day that I called. My garage door wanted to do things its way, going up and coming half-way down many times. Had no idea what to do. I had Precision before for a repair and was happy with the service so I called again to correct this door problem. They did a good job and were very polite in answering my many questions. Explained the way things worked and about the motor that opened and shut the garage door. Of course, I thought it was too high but had to have it done. Very satisfied with the two men that did the work. I had the motor replaced that opened and shut garage door.

Our technician, Bill, was very knowledgeable, competent and friendly. He also gave us some good tips on safety measures. We opted for the insulated door which was more expensive, but the price was below what other dealers were offering.

Our technician Ross, was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and totally professional. I would request him again if the door needed any repair. There was an initial problem with the style of door that was delivered, but it was corrected promptly and without any hassle. I would recommend Precision to anyone.
