This is the first time using precision, the main reason I choose this company was because of their A+ better business bureau rating. The service called was immediately scheduled for next day and technician called before to let me know what his estimated time of arrival would be. The spring replacement was done in a short timeframe and now my garage door is very quiet as well.

after several other companies had given quotes, then began the up sales. we decided to call precision. they sent out George who obviously knew his job well. because of him we hired precision for the job.A t that time they sent out Ross and I believe his trainee Will. Both were ready to work when they arrived. Ross was extremely knowledgeable and passing that on to Will as they worked, not with the just do it attitude but the why we do it this way. This type of training is why your employees seem to have all good reviews. This door was for my mothers house so it was important that it was done correctly, and I feel it was. I will hire Precision with all my door needs in the future and will highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks again James

Quick, quality service. I am very happy with the response to my squeaking garage door. New opener and rollers were installed 6 months ago. Recently the squeaking started. Precision came out the day after I called and solved the problem. My opener and rollers are under warranty and I was not charged. Nice!

I have been a Precision Overhead Door Svc. customer for several years and have always found your representatives to be professional and timely. I routinely recommend your company to friends / neighbors whenever they seek my recommendation / advice. Charles Merino was the service representative who responded to our call and he did an outstanding job of finding the source of the problem and remeding it. In addition he spent time with us to explain some of the features and possible fault causes which will certainly be helpful in the future. I am very happy with Precision. I called at 8:40am and they were able to get a technician to my home within an hour. Blake, the technician, quickly diagnosed the problem and advised of various options. It took 2+hours but my door is working again and is better than new with warranted parts. Thanks Blake!
