Excellent service- 5 stars Chris repaired several parts on our garage door. He was on time and he was able to quickly refurbish our garage door. We will recommend Precision Door Service to our friends and neighbors.

Charlie was great. That’s why I gave the 4 stars. Unfortunately, most everything he did I could have done with a bit of help over the phone. The touch pad needs batteries. I need to go buy those and install them. The door needed WD-40. I could have done that if you had walked me through it or suggested it before hand. I could have saved Charlie a visit and me $65. I am widowed and am on a fixed budget. This is one of many things not working right now and I am a bit overwhelmed with it all. Sorry , I am just venting a bit. I appreciate your help in the past. In the future if we can problem solve any issue that I might be able to correct, please give me that chance. Thanks.
