I called Precision at about 10:30 am and Kevin, the Precision tech, arrived within 2 hours. He replaced all of the rollers and also adjusted the limit switch. Kevin was very personable and knowledgeable and I was very well satisfied with his work. I would not hesitate to reuse Precision in the future. I would definitely give them 5 Stars.

Prompt, professional service!

Precision was very helpful from start to finish! From same-day appointment to the technician (Andrew) being thorough in his explanation of the problem, I feel very confident in the professionalism of precision and will certainly be calling back if I have a problem in the future.

George Bears was the service technician on my service call. I had a broken spring and other worn parts that needed replacing. George provided several options and recommendations. I ended up replacing the broken spring, and garage door opener along with other parts. George was professional, courteous, and very efficient. The entire job was performed within two hours. I’d highly recommend Precision for any garage door or opener repair or replacement. Thank you. Jim Zachau East Orlando
