Being able to contact a human voice in the early evening, the day I first had a problem, is wonderful.The young lady started me off with a good experience. My technician was on time and explained everything to me and gave me several options to choose from to fix my door problem. At no time was I pressured into anything that I felt was not needed to be done. I hope I do not have a further problem but will call Precision if I do. I like knowing the name of the person who is going to come to my home.

The Technician who came to my home was outstanding. He knew what the problem was and he articulated it very clearly. He is an excellent employee. I am having the entire door, springs, roller, etc. replaced because it is best to do so. The current unit is about 25 years old. Again an excellent men represented your company.

I’ve been dealing with a very tempermental and noisy garage door for about 2 yrs. precision garage door recommended a complete overhaul of my door operating system, replacing everything except the door itself. Billy, the technician was very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. My door now operates so quietly I can’t tell when my wife gets home until I hear the car door close! I couldn’t be more satisfied! I believe I received excellent value for my money, also received a lifetime warranty! 5 stars!

I chose Precision because several of my clients had used their service and provided good reviews. I was not disappointed. Service was timely, Chris explained why the spring had broken and how best to prevent a problem in the future.

I would give it 5 stars. I called around 8 AM stating the spring on my garage door had broken & I couldn’t open the door by myself. By 9 AM Blake was already here and started working on replacing the springs. He also replaced the worn out wheels that the door rides on & installed new nylon wheels. Blake was very personable,courteous & very knowledgable. It was totally a very positive experience.

I have been in this home for about 13 years, and your company has taken great care of my door all that time, all of the young men that has come out to keep my door going has been great, also the young lady that handles your phone. I hate to sound like a broken record, but Andrew was great! He gave me 3 estimates, NO PRESSURE. He explained every phase of the repair to me. He is definitely a people person, as well as a fantastic technician. I will definitely ask for him if I need more repairs. I give him 5 stars.

5 Star Service, it was immediate and reliable. I can’t believe I waited so long, for the silence. My old garage door opener sounded like a jet landing on the roof, since the installation of the new opener,I have enjoyed nothing but silence… Thanks so much a product worth purchasing… I have only had one follow up check up, and they were very prompt in setting that appointment up.
