On late Saturday afternoon I went out to my garage. I couldn’t get it opened. I realized that one spring was broken. I looked in the yellow pages and found your ad. It said there wasn’t an extra charge for nights and week-end. I called, and the technician came within a hour and a half. The tech was Chris Wheaton. He explained everything to me and what options were. Very polite,cleaned up,didn’t long. Thanks

When I called I was very surprise to see the service teck(chris) arrive on time.Chris took the time to look things over and explain in detail my choices and what was wrong with my door opener.There was no pressure.My door opener was 30 yrs old and need everthing this I knew.I chose the best.Chris did excellent work,I was very happy with the price,,and the work preformed.THANK YOU CHRIS!!!

William arrived early for the service call which was great! He attempted to fix the problem with our 10 year old lift master garage door opener, but it seemed to be a broken “mother board”. Since that was just replaced in August 2014, he suggested we get a new garage door opener which was very reasonably priced, including installation & came with a 10 year warranty. He was an extremely personable, hard working and knowledgeable employee. He got the job done quickly, explained all to my husband, and we are extremely satisfied with the new door opener. In all honesty, todays installation & the cost of the new garage door opener took less time and cost less than the amount we paid back in August to another individual for an unsatisfactory job. Thank you Precision Door Service and thank you William!

Late one Saturday night, our garage door opener broke and the only company that came was Precision. When we needed to replace the garage doors, we did not hesitate to call Precision again. The workers, Billy and Bill, were timely, efficient and neat. I would highly recommend this company.
