Our garage door opener was making an extremely loud noise upon opening and closing. It was time to call Precision Door Service. The technician, Jonathan arrived well within the appointment time frame. He was very personable, knowledgeable, professional and answered all our questions regarding the situation with garage door opener. He completed the job of removing the old garage door opener and installing the new one within the time frame estimated and we are very pleased with the results. We needed a repair to our garage door. Our technician was Jonathan Gonzalas. He arrived even a little early, which was great! Jonathan was very professional and competent. I really felt like he knew what he was doing. I will definitely use Precision in the future and will highly recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Blake called the morning of the appointment to let us know when he’d be here. He arrived on time and was very professional and courteous in explaining our job. Before Blake left he showed us all the operational workings of our new opener and programed the buttons in our vehicles to it’s sequence. Frank and I are very happy with the out come! Dylan came out and immediately assessed the situation which required a new garage door opener and related hardware. He then proceeded to do the installation and I am delighted with the result and with the lifetime warranty I received.
