Andrew was on time and very courteous and helpfull, he analyzed our problem and gave us all options. Right now we just had it fixed. Great service, Billy came on time did a thorough inspection found cables that were frayed, replaced them and installed new rollers. Door balance was good so no need for new springs at this time. I will use Precision in the future for my door work

Mr. Helwig was prompt and arrived at the appointed time. He opened with an offer to completely overhaul the rollers, wire, etc. I told him I only wanted him to replace the springs. He immediately got to the task. He didn’t pursue the overhaul subject as some companies do and I was happy about that. From the time he started until he completed the job, he worked with diligence and demonstrated expertise. He answered my questions with courtesy and thoroughness. This young man inspires confidence and great desire to perform with excellence. It’s a pleasure to interact with young men of his caliber.

I found your company on Angie’s List and it got great reviews. I heartily agree, and would recommend this company to anyone who needed garage door work. The technician was as nice as could be. Arrived on time, called first to announce he was coming, and did not charge me for coming out here, even after I told him that I would not be able to go ahead with the repairs at this time. Most companies charge an estimate fee at least.
