Wow, Great Service! I thought that my garage door was going to have to be replaced but Precision came out promptly and replaced all of my rollers and now the door operates better than when I first received it from the builder! I highly recommend Precision!

Great Scott! our service person was informative, friendly and represented your company well! Now seeing me as a customer, I also followed suit, and not only that, I represented as well, and made a payment of 614.66! I don’t have a receipt or a list of the replacements, nor the warranty! Issue with additional trim and relative costs- at time of install. Handled professionally by the company. Courteous and good natured installer that took the additional -unexpected- work in-stride. Complicated and long day for him. Happy with the install and look forward to utilizing our new door. Thank you

Kevin called me 30 minutes before his arrival and he arrived right on time. He was very courteous, showed me the problem with the springs and explained my options. The repair was done in less than an hour and Kevin was on his way and I was extremely happy that I had a working garage door again. I am very happy with the customer service and work that Precision has provided to me. I will continue to use their services for any future garage door issues.
